Smaak van Afrika brought the vibrant flavors of Africa to Rotterdam. The food was delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic dining experience

This was our first experience of more traditional African food and we loved it. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive and the food quality and taste was great. We will be back when we return to Rotterdam and we will recommend it to our friends.

The taste of everything was amazing! We had the smaak van africa tasting menu for 2 people and it was a very generous portion. 3 people could probably eat quite well from it too. There dessert selection isn't impressive, probably because you get full from the food already. We had the baked banana bailey's, it was okay but I wouldn't have it again, the actual food was enough. And their shiraz was too notch as well. Servers very fast and friendly and the decor was immersive. Great experience overall!

Food was very well presented, portion sizes were great, and it was delicious! Staff were very friendly. The only thing i dont recommend are the banana beers, but they’re served in a coconut bowl which is nice

I have loved eveything here. Food is excellent, staff is welcoming and attentive to customer needs. Location is nice, there's nothing to say about it!
